Sarah Flemming
Sarah’s journey with Pilates began during lockdown, when she turned to movement as a way to support both her physical and mental wellbeing. Experiencing first-hand the profound benefits of Pilates for healing, resilience, and self-connection, she quickly realised it was far more than just an exercise regime. For Sarah, Pilates became a practice of mindfulness and presence, a way to strengthen not only the body but also the mind.
Having overcome her own struggles with recovery, Sarah brings a unique depth of empathy and understanding to her teaching. She is Mat certified with APPI and has also undertaken comprehensive reformer and apparatus training with Balanced Body, equipping her with a broad base of knowledge and techniques to support all levels of practice.
Her sessions are thoughtfully designed to build strength, mobility, and confidence through controlled, purposeful movement and breath awareness. Whether you are new to Pilates, returning after injury, or seeking to deepen your practice, Sarah creates an inclusive space where you are guided at your own pace.
Sarah’s goal is to leave every client feeling both challenged and uplifted—energised in their body and more connected to themselves. She believes in cultivating lasting benefits that extend beyond the studio, helping clients move smarter, feel stronger, and carry a greater sense of balance into everyday life.
Posted on Hayley Brunsden I feel like a new woman! After just one session with George, my pain has eased and my mobility has already improved. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel totally at ease. The setting is calm and welcoming - such a hidden gem in Beaconsfield Old Town. Highly recommend!Posted on Sophie Ricketts I went for my mummy MOT today and I can’t thank Amy enough for how much better I feel already, I look forward to seeing her again for my follow up and I’ve already recommended her to friends!Posted on Madlen Strobel I can’t recommend Beaconsfield Health Hub highly enough. I genuinely didn’t think it was possible to feel this good again but thanks to their expert osteopathy and Pilates support, I’ve got my life back. The care I received was absolutely fantastic - professional, personalised and truly effective. What makes it even better is that everyone there is not only incredibly skilled but also kind, welcoming and really well connected as a team. You can tell they all work together to support you in the best way possible. It’s hands down the best care I’ve ever experienced.Posted on Laura Forwood Excellent treatment (osteopathy) with Sam today. Tips and exercises given to maintain flexibility and movement.. Thank youPosted on Kelly Rigby I visited Amy for the Mummy MOT and it was exceptional both physically and mentally. Amy is so knowledgable and really thoroughly goes through everything you would want to have checked post-partum. I highly recommend for all new mums as you will come away feeling lighter and well equipped with information to go forward in getting back to feeling like you and building your fitness up.Posted on Gonzalo Working with Amy has helped me properly recover from a bad ankle injury, sustained a few years ago, which had left me with niggling pains that other practices couldn’t help me shake off. We do a combination of Pilates and Osteo sessions which have noticeably improved my mobility and also cleared out some other kinks which had developed due to over-compensation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and comprehensive Osteo or Pilates guru - in fact I already have!Posted on Oliver Francis When you suffer and second disc herniation at 36, you’ve got two toddlers and your work is freelance, it can be a bit daunting. With the NHS in a mess I knew wait times would be huge so I looked into an alternative route. My options were Physio/Osteopathy, Traction Programmes, seeing a Chiropractor or going private and likely having an operation. Going for the Physio/osteo route at the The Beaconsfield Health Hub route gave me fast, affordable, hands-on relief and most importantly a method to take exercises home and increase my strength and flexibility independently. George Dimitriadis helped me identify areas of weakness and guided me through a ‘natural’ return to daily activities. The time I spent with him was efficiently used (For example, conversations took place while he was working on my flexibility rather than in the chair beforehand) and my recovery was really quick. I’m glad I managed to avoid an operation to shave the bulging disc because I’m now better prepared to prevent future herniation and my return to normal activities was faster than it would have been. I just wish I had seen him sooner!Posted on Susan I went to the Health Hub with a groin strain I had picked up during a gym session, thinking I would give them a try. The personal welcome and attention I received from George was outstanding. He took time to explain what he would be able to do for my injury as well as my overall mobility and showed me round the very impressive facilities he has developed at the Health Hub. The treatment I received was extremely effective and I have not had to return, but when I did contact George with a further question by email, he came straight back with a very comprehensive answer. We are lucky to have this great facility in Beaconsfield. Thank you George!
