Sam Chapple

Osteopath

Sam is a dedicated and approachable osteopath, deeply passionate about helping people feel their best—whatever their starting point. Inspired by his own journey recovering from sports injuries, Sam trained at Oxford Brookes University and graduated with a Master’s in Osteopathy in 2015.

Since qualifying, Sam has gained a decade of experience supporting patients of all ages and backgrounds, from professional athletes to office-based workers. His toolkit includes advanced skills in Sports Massage Therapy, Medical Acupuncture, Kinesiology Taping, and Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Massage (IASTM) to support his osteopathy, which he uses to create personalised and effective treatment plans.

Patients appreciate Sam’s calm and caring approach. He takes time to listen, understands each person’s individual circumstances, and tailors his treatment to support meaningful recovery and long-term wellbeing. Sam strives to uncover the root causes of discomfort, guiding people gently through rehabilitation and helping them reach their goals—whether that’s returning to sport, feeling more comfortable day-to-day, or optimising their performance.

Away from the clinic, Sam enjoys playing golf and has recently become a dad, embracing the joys and challenges of parenthood. These experiences fuel his empathy and understanding for family health and work-life balance, qualities he brings to every patient interaction.
