Gonzalo de Gisbert2024-03-07 Working with Amy has helped me properly recover from a bad ankle injury, sustained a few years ago, which had left me with niggling pains that other practices couldn’t help me shake off. We do a combination of Pilates and Osteo sessions which have noticeably improved my mobility and also cleared out some other kinks which had developed due to over-compensation. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her to anyone looking for a knowledgeable and comprehensive Osteo or Pilates guru - in fact I already have! Oliver Francis2024-02-10 When you suffer and second disc herniation at 36, you’ve got two toddlers and your work is freelance, it can be a bit daunting. With the NHS in a mess I knew wait times would be huge so I looked into an alternative route. My options were Physio/Osteopathy, Traction Programmes, seeing a Chiropractor or going private and likely having an operation. Going for the Physio/osteo route at the The Beaconsfield Health Hub route gave me fast, affordable, hands-on relief and most importantly a method to take exercises home and increase my strength and flexibility independently. George Dimitriadis helped me identify areas of weakness and guided me through a ‘natural’ return to daily activities. The time I spent with him was efficiently used (For example, conversations took place while he was working on my flexibility rather than in the chair beforehand) and my recovery was really quick. I’m glad I managed to avoid an operation to shave the bulging disc because I’m now better prepared to prevent future herniation and my return to normal activities was faster than it would have been. I just wish I had seen him sooner! Susan2023-12-22 I went to the Health Hub with a groin strain I had picked up during a gym session, thinking I would give them a try. The personal welcome and attention I received from George was outstanding. He took time to explain what he would be able to do for my injury as well as my overall mobility and showed me round the very impressive facilities he has developed at the Health Hub. The treatment I received was extremely effective and I have not had to return, but when I did contact George with a further question by email, he came straight back with a very comprehensive answer. We are lucky to have this great facility in Beaconsfield. Thank you George! Samantha I2023-12-13 I’ve seen a lot of people over the years for back pain but the knowledge, care, empathy and expertise of both Amy and George is simply amazing. You really feel seen and looked after in both their hands. And it’s such a gorgeous space, they’ve created a really beautiful hub in the heart of the old town. Elliot Sharpe2023-12-09 I went to Beaconsfield health hub after suffering with a rotator cuff injury. After 1 session with George I instantly had a greater range of motion and less pain. I continued with the exercises he recommended and have not had to go back. I would highly recommend visiting this great facility. Thanks George! Appolo2023-11-28 The first session at the Beaconsfield health Hub was really great. I had a wonderful appointment with George, who is a really well experimented osteopath with track record with elite athletes. The pilates and gym equipment is a huge additional value paired with Amy and George experiences, skills and kindness. I gave it a go, and I will be back again in the next month. I highly recommend to anyone looking for an osteopath/physio in the area. hannah rose grantham2023-11-23 Exceptional care from Amy when I had a mummy mot. Her expertise and personalised approach made significant impact on my recovery. Highly recommend dominiquestavrou2023-11-22 I’ve been a few times to Beaconsfield Health Hub - once for a fantastic sports massage from George, alleviating my lower back pain and also for a couple of pilates sessions with Amy. Amy is a great teacher and the sessions were really fun, in a lovely welcoming environment - highly recommend! Francesca Corbett2023-11-21 I'm incredibly grateful for the exceptional care I received from Amy at the Beaconsfield clinic. I was drawn to the centre as I found it on social media and read that Amy’s area of focus was post natal pelvic health. I’ve had two babies in the last 2.5 years and have never sought treatment for aches and pains, particularly with my back and hips. Amy’s expertise and sensitivity (not to mention empathy as a mum of two) made me feel comfortable discussing postpartum concerns. Through a combination of massage, physical manipulation, and even acupuncture, I have seen notable improvement in my movement and flexibility in the three sessions I’ve had to date. I highly recommend for any mum seeking treatment, or even just checking/validating pelvic floor improvement (or a “mummy MOT”). Additionally, I have been able to bring my baby to the session, which has been a huge help, ie not needing to seek childcare. The centre itself is brand new, well equipped and very welcoming.
