Kaya earned her Master’s degree in Osteopathy from the University College of Osteopathy and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sport Rehabilitation from the University of Nottingham. While studying in Nottingham, she gained extensive experience working with both elite and amateur athletes in clinical environments and at live sporting events. Her expertise in sports injury management is further highlighted by her role as a Soigneur for a UCI ProTour cycling team, where she travels to support athletes with their nutrition, recovery, and injury care.
Kaya’s osteopathic training is complemented by her strong foundation in sports and exercise rehabilitation, enabling her to deliver a holistic and integrated approach to patient care. She employs a range of techniques such as manual therapy, soft tissue massage, athletic taping, and tailored exercise programs to meet the specific requirements of each patient.
