Sarah’s love for Pilates began during lockdown when she experienced first hand its incredible benefits for both body and mind. After overcoming her own struggles with healing and recovery, she found that Pilates was not just about building strength—it became a practice of mindfulness, presence, and self-connection. Sarah is Mat certified with APPI and has completed comprehensive reformer and apparatus training with Balanced Body. Her sessions will be focused on building strength, mobility, and confidence through controlled movement and breath awareness. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, her goal is to leave you feeling challenged, energized, and more connected to your body.
