George Dimitriadis
George holds a Master’s degree from the British School of Osteopathy and a BSc honors degree in Exercise and Sports Science from the University of Exeter. Before becoming an osteopath, he gained valuable experience in the fitness industry and worked as a sports massage therapist for several years. A passionate rugby player, George represented Greece internationally until a foot injury prompted his retirement. He continues to prioritize fitness and understands first hand the frustrations of limited activity due to injury.
With a range of qualifications—including an ITEC Level 3 in Sports Massage, a Certificate IV in Personal Training, sports taping certification with RocTape, and a Diploma in Modern Western Medical Acupuncture—George is well-equipped to support athletes at all levels.
Currently, George works in Formula One, where he looks after one of the teams in a holistic capacity, focusing on fitness, therapy, nutrition, hydration, and sleep strategies to optimize performance. Additionally, he’s travelled with racing drivers in the World Endurance Championship, F2, F3, and other series, ensuring their race fitness and overall well-being.
George’s unique blend of sporting experience and osteopathic expertise allows him to understand the body’s movements and functions comprehensively. His approach integrates a holistic perspective into his treatments.
“Osteopathy is more than just addressing the site of pain; it’s about understanding the body as a whole. We explore why discomfort occurs, what compensations have developed, and how to implement corrections that enable the body to function efficiently.”
