The training element of Beaconsfield Health Hub holds a combined 36 years of experience in the fitness industry degree and diploma level qualification and experience in international sport. Our trainers are meticulous when it comes to technique and safety, whilst also pushing you to get the most out of your work out. 

The space is used only by you during your session. We can work together to help you achieve your goals be it basic health based fitness, bulk up, lean down, fitness for an event or a holiday. Our in house session can be supplemented by remote programming giving you programming to do whilst not in 1-2-1 session.

Our Personal Trainer

Max has spent the last 15 years not only coaching people, but also helping them to understand their bodies through movement, nutrition and lifestyle.

He’s also just embarked on his journey to obtaining a degree in Osteopathy through the London School of Osteopathy making him a perfect fit to handle the training element of the clinic.

Working with a wide range of clients, he has an interest in anatomy and biomechanics, believing that everyone should be able to move well, increase their strength, all whilst staying injury resistant… and look great in the process!

Max’s sessions are effective and efficient, ensuring safe lifting, gradual progression, and variety in exercises.
